What you share

We collect your name, email, phone number, property address, assessed value, current non-school property taxes, selected projection assumptions, and consent choices when you request a report.

Optional county lookup

If you use “Find my Broward property,” the entered address is sent through our server to the Broward County Property Appraiser. We return matching property addresses, the 2025 assessed value, and—where the published district rate is available—a calculated non-school tax estimate for you to confirm. We do not import owner names or mailing details. The official bill opens on the Tax Collector’s website, where its own privacy terms apply. Non-school taxes may be estimated using standard homestead exemptions and final district rates, then edited by you. This is not an automatic bill import.

How it is used

Tika Team | Compass uses your information to prepare your report and manage the request. The website stores a copy in its database and sends the report request to Ophelia, our CRM handoff provider, for processing in Compass and email preparation. Report email sending is subject to team approval and testing. Optional marketing consent is recorded separately; submitting a phone number does not authorize marketing calls or texts.

Access and storage

Lead records are accessible through an authorized team dashboard. Each report has a hard-to-guess private link that expires after 30 days. Anyone with the link can read that report, so do not share it publicly. Hosting, database, CRM, and delivery providers process information needed to operate this service.

Your choices

Marketing permission is optional. Contact Tika Team through your existing Compass agent contact or the business website linked from the Instagram profile that brought you here to request access, correction, deletion, or to withdraw optional marketing consent. Report-link expiry does not delete the underlying lead record. Lead records are retained for report fulfillment and contact management until deleted by the team.

Estimate limits

This is an independent educational calculator. It does not retrieve official parcel records or determine eligibility, and it is not an official tax assessment.
